1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and ase58 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ase58 website at ase58.app and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ase58 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use the ase58 platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. ase58 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or account access with any third party. ase58 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Security. You agree to notify ase58 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. ase58 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

3.3 Personal Use Only. Your ase58 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Deposits

4.1 Currency. All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (₱). ase58 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your ase58 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. ase58 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or telco-related delays affecting e-wallet services.

4.3 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to ase58 are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. ase58 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 No Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for any legitimate gaming transaction is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and recovery of any associated funds.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has successfully completed KYC identity verification. Verified government-issued Philippine ID is required (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport).

5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timelines: GCash and PayMaya — under 30 minutes; BDO, BPI, and Metrobank — same business day or next morning; InstaPay — within 1–2 hours on banking days. These timelines are targets and are subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal to Source. ase58 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the banking section of your ase58 account. These amounts may be updated from time to time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by ase58 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion across duplicate accounts or through abusive means will result in forfeit of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

6.3 Modification and Cancellation. ase58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses that are already in active use, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any behaviour determined by ase58 to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine play intent — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7. Gameplay and Fair Use

7.1 Certified RNG. All digital casino games on ase58 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return to Player (RTP) rates are published for all slot games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time with no pre-recorded outcomes.

7.2 Game Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that interrupts a game, ase58 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. However, ase58 does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of any game and is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its control.

7.3 Void Bets. ase58 reserves the right to void bets placed under erroneous conditions, including where odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ase58 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets;
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated unfair play with other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that ase58 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ase58 staff or other players.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ase58 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of ase58 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written consent from ase58.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 ase58 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase58 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 ase58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

ase58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gaming is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team to request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion.

Players who self-exclude from ase58 will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period and will be refused re-entry until the exclusion period has elapsed and formal reactivation is requested.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 By ase58. ase58 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting ase58 support via live chat. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures after KYC verification is confirmed.

12.3 Balance upon Termination. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ase58 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

13. Amendments

ase58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ase58's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ase58 is operated in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe a dispute has not been fairly resolved may escalate their concern to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
